Working clearly
Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 28 July 2026

These terms apply when you use the Digital Experto website or engage us for digital services. A signed proposal, quotation, statement of work or written agreement may contain additional project-specific terms.
1. Our services
Digital Experto offers digital strategy, website design and development, SEO and backlinks, content marketing, social media marketing, lead generation, graphic design, business video and customer experience support. The exact scope, deliverables, price and timeline will be stated in writing before paid work begins.
2. Project-specific agreements
If a proposal, quotation, invoice, statement of work or signed agreement conflicts with these general terms, the project-specific written terms will apply to that engagement.
3. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, required approvals and lawful access to materials or accounts needed for the work. You confirm that you have permission to use any text, images, trademarks, customer data or other material you provide.
4. Fees and payments
- Fees, deposits, milestones and due dates are shown in the relevant proposal or invoice.
- Work may begin after the agreed advance or first invoice is received.
- Late payment may pause work and move the delivery date.
- Advertising spend, domains, hosting, software, stock assets, printing and other third-party costs are separate unless clearly included in writing.
- Applicable taxes will be added where required.
5. Timelines, feedback and revisions
Delivery dates are reasonable estimates based on the agreed scope and timely client input. Delayed content, access, feedback or approvals may move the schedule. Included revision rounds will be stated in the proposal. New requests or major changes may require a revised scope, price and timeline.
6. Results and third-party platforms
We commit to professional work and clear communication, but we cannot guarantee a particular ranking, number of leads, sales result, reach or revenue.
Search engines, advertising platforms, social networks, hosting providers and other third parties control their own systems and policies. Their changes, outages, approvals, suspensions or account decisions are outside our direct control.
7. Ownership and portfolio use
After full payment, you receive the rights to the final client-specific deliverables stated in the project agreement. Digital Experto keeps ownership of pre-existing methods, templates, tools and general know-how. Third-party assets remain subject to their own licences. We will ask before publicly presenting confidential or unpublished work; you may also request in writing that a project not be shown in our portfolio.
8. Confidentiality
Both sides should protect non-public business, account and project information received during the engagement. Information may be shared only with people who need it to deliver the work or where disclosure is required by law.
9. Acceptable use
You must not ask us to create, promote or support unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive or harmful activity. We may refuse or stop work that violates law, platform policy or the rights and safety of others.
10. Cancellation and suspension
You may cancel in writing subject to our Cancellation and Refund Policy and any project-specific agreement. We may pause or end work for non-payment, prolonged lack of required input, unlawful instructions or a serious breach of these terms.
11. Website information and liability
Website articles and service descriptions are general information, not a guarantee or professional legal, financial or tax advice. To the extent permitted by law, neither side will be responsible for indirect or consequential loss. Any direct responsibility will be considered in light of the affected project, the agreed scope and the amount paid for that service.
12. Governing law and resolving concerns
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a concern arises, both sides agree to first try to resolve it through clear written communication before starting formal proceedings.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these website terms from time to time. The terms agreed for an active project will not be changed retrospectively unless both sides agree in writing. For questions, email hello@digitalexperto.com.
